下面具体讲一讲学习
文化学习是现阶段出国孩子成才的核心素养之重，英语是重中之重，一层在邓珂老师的引导下，你追我赶氛围浓；
二层在霞薇、吴婷、梅平三位老师的精心辅导中，英语感觉有不同程度的提升：
本次，一层英语考试同样是采用和高二第一层孩子同卷，语言的考试与理科不同，主要是词汇量与语感，虽然达不到高二顶级水平，但对高一来说是一种跳起来摘桃子的做法。对于这个阶段和这种状态的孩子是有益的。
数学是一个人智力水平的检测器，也是学习态度的测试仪。
本次第一层数学是与第二层同一张试卷，这样可以检测基本东西是否掌握到位，不论是第一层或二层，满分都在55班中，第二名也是。第一层，徐久盛100分，李小现97分；第二层，何茜100分，杨潇航97分。
当然，若还出一个难度再大一点的题，也许一层分数就更明显，但从这里给了我们提醒，理科基础知识、基本原理是高楼之基石，基础不牢，大夏难造！（第一层进度多学了三角函数、部分学了微积分）
问题：基础最弱的几个也在55班。数学老师已经逐一谈话，分析，和学生一道确定了下一个月的计划。并将用其严格的制度落实。
其他，暂不一一陈述。
作为班主任，怎么做的：
10月9日，重申规矩：优秀的习惯的养成有一个连续性，9月份，尚未完全形成，一个长长的十一大休，有的可能回到原点，重申规矩，不是重头开始，而是让孩子们自动恢复。
接下来，给孩子们写下了一系列的短小的建议文章：

等等，如此，以每一位中国人都是中国的名片为核心，从国际部“”中国底色，世界格局“”两个维度两条线索培养方向出发，在中国底色线上，我和老师们着重孩子们厚重、大气、高雅的修炼；在世界格局方面，和张修明主任、家长、孩子们一道着重领导力、合作力（感恩力）、学习力、坚持力、运用力、创新力的培养。
和孩子们交流，教育的终极目标就是“会用眼睛看美好，能为国家和世界做出贡献”。我们会看到社会上的所有，但是，我们要学会，欣赏他人，欣赏这个世界，心中有阳光，处处有朝阳，人人皆可为尧舜，心中有佛，人人是佛。
来到这个世界上，就是要有一番作为的。为国家为世界作出贡献，首先要从个人、家庭、班级开始……
如果只是让孩子成绩提高一点点，那是很简单的事情，要让孩子长成一棵参天大树，那是需要我们老师、家长、孩子不断修行的。
一段征途的结束，是终点，也是新一段旅程的起点。

数学总结
数学一直以来是我的死穴，虽然我也不知道我是怎么把数学学成这样的。不过我从来没有灰心过，反而我觉得还蛮有希望的，因为把这次成绩折算一下我发现比我初中的时候考的好多了，因为现在学的有一些初中知识，所以我就比较了一下。但是这个分数想要出国确实不行，的确得想个法子。
我觉得我数学不是学不会，是理解起来会很慢，而且一定要不断的复习巩固，不能让知识混淆。因为有时候，一堂课下来我学懂了，课后作业也全写出来了，但是当所有知识全部弄在一起考时，我的脑子里知识会很乱，有一些套公式的我会乱，不知道该套哪一个，除非我对某一类的题已经很熟练了。
我发现我如果完全学熟练了还是很有优势的，就是我会记得很牢固，不会忘。
还有我觉得未来的时间我要更加努力的突破英语，因为这样我就可以方便的进行数学书的预习，学起来会更轻松一点。

放假第一天，下午出去和朋友放松，搭地铁的时候，我发现，好事真的不是刻意做的，也许它无声无息的发生在你身边。我坐了三站路以后，上来一位9.10岁的小孩和一位老人，小孩一冲上来就飞到我身边坐下，可是他屁股才放下，他看到了后面上来的老人，有迅速站起，抓住了一边的栏杆，老人愣住了，但他没说什么，我尽量的往边上靠了靠，老人坐下，腾出身边的位置，招了招手，小孩也没说什么，坐了过来。后来还有两站路到了，又上来一个外地的老爷爷，我站起来，说：爷爷您坐吧。爷爷说不用不用，我是来旅游的，身体好着。我说:我还有两站就下了，坐久了也不舒服。我看着爷爷坐下，我发现，帮助他人真的会让你感到快乐，感觉这是另一种证明自己的方式吧。

文鼎这次成绩不理想，我们当家长的也很着急，在家一起和他聊了，以后一起努力，希望他改正不专注，不用功的缺点，增加自己的自律能力，更加用心去学习。

我知道儿子进55班之前坏毛病很多，您们没有嫌弃他，您们像德高望重的老中医一样，通过望、闻、问、切，让潇航的＂病＂在慢慢好转，懂得了何为努力何为理想。天道酬勤，相信潇航会通过自己的坚持和坚定来走出一条幸福的大道来报答您们这些父母般的老师。
三个月的学习时间一晃而过，通过陶老师的网站平台我们一直关注着孩子们，关注他们的学习以及生活，及时了解了他们在校的动态。感谢老师为孩子们所付出的辛劳!
每天看到国际部55班孩子们的日誌，在陶老师不同主题引导下的字里行间所表达的真情实感，既让我们做家长的了解到孩子们的内心世界，更重要的是让孩子们学习真实地表达、舒放自己的情绪、感受，是学习自己看自己、自己了解自己的一个有效的方式，同时我也欣喜地看到我的孩子来到同升湖学校、来到这个班级后，整个人也悄悄地发生了改变，愿意与父母交流了，有责任和担当意识了…….
虽然只有两个月时间，但是陶老师独特的教育方法和国际部的世界格局意识培养，已经慢慢地在影响着孩子，感谢同升教育！感谢国际部！感谢陶老师的用心付出！
55班是个激情如火、灵感澎湃、思想驰骋的优秀班级，透过日志，不难发现许多即将脱颖而出且志存高远的人才，同学少年都不贱，我们家长与有荣焉，也希望刘懿轩同学把握机会，清晰目标，端正态度，跟上节奏，好好学习，将来有所作为。
学无止境，人生的高度亦无止境，亲身经历了，用心感受过，才能沉淀人生的厚度。

很幸运孩子能够来到同升湖遇见陶老师 关注班上的动态 认真阅读每一个课题 在图片中寻找孩子的身影成为睡前一件重要的事情 孩子在老师们的宽容包容下也有了很大的进步。
一：能够安心的在学校上课 把喜欢的英语能力提高 希望再接再厉 把其他的课程一并赶上 相信努力一定会遇见更好的自己。
二：对家人更有礼貌和尊重 基本不大声和妈妈说话 大部分时间能够静听妈妈的唠叨。
三：比已往节约 没什么事不太要钱 买东西的频率下降。
四：有目标 希望自己一定能考出去。
好好努力 能够让自己将来从容优雅的生活 ，希望孩子自控力加强 不要让电子产品占具太重要的地位。
孩子这一个月学习负担也挺重的，经常学习到很晚才回寝室。这一次的考试成绩相比上一次有所退步。一是孩子上课时有些心不在焉，听不进讲课；二是可能睡眠时间，质量安排不到位，导致精神状态差；三是可能压力太大了，有些不适应。总的来说，学习是一个循序渐进的过程，冰冻三尺非一日之寒，应该合理把握学习的时间，不能盲目地消耗时间，实事求是。还要感谢各科老师们对思航的教导，耐心的给予他帮助。最后也希望孩子下个月能打起精神，努力一把，换取一个好的成绩。加油吧！
思航妈妈,您好，分享一个小体验与您：
一天，我和朋友相约爬山，上去时间大约4个小时。
她腿比我长，开始走得比较快，就不断催我，快点，快点。
我笑，我又不是来比赛的，我是来运动运动的。和你聊，运动一下思维；爬山，运动一下身体。你如此求快，那就坐车上去算了。
她笑。慢了下来。走到大约个把小时，我们到了半山腰，她已有轻微气踹，而我没有什么感觉。
她问，你怎么大气都不出一口？
我笑，这就是腿短的优势！
又走了个把小时，她已经气踹吁吁，而我却依然如常。
她说，我的身体素质比她好。
我笑，我是低血压，低的程度你想都想不到，要达到踹气的程度，还走这么远也未必能够催发。
爬山是长距离拉练，开始太快了，后面不可能能够保持开始的速度。
慢慢走，不停，就不会太慢。这样在规定的时间里也一样能达到。
我已经这样走过多次，只是和不同的人。
您的孩子思航，在这一月里，学业成绩相对他自己是没有退步。他在课余时间，向余果学习弹吉他，从0开始，现在他自己说可以照谱弹一曲了。

我在55班
悄悄地，我来了⋯⋯
这里有阳春三月的细雨，湿润了干涸，也滋润了贫瘠；这里有炎炎夏日的酷暑，刺激着低沉，也躁动了贫瘠；这里也有秋月寒江的徐徐清风，抚平了新伤，也治愈了旧疾；这里还有瑟瑟寒冬里的那个暖阳，灿烂了整个校园，也温暖了我的心。这里有春有秋，似潺潺流水萦绕我心⋯⋯
初来乍到。偌大的校园，高楼林立。蔚蓝的天空，白云静静躺。冗长的林道，生机盎然。我只身信不其中，流连忘返⋯⋯
我是国际部的学生，也是五十五班的一分子⋯⋯回想起开学那段时日，人生地不熟的我孑然一身，不知该何去何从。班上大多是同升湖的老生，我一个新来的，显得有些格格不入。老生们谈笑风生，新生默默无闻，像是两个对立的阵营。可我却不是耐得住寂寞的人，我开始尝试去与同学们聊天，了解他们，把一个个名字都自在脑海里⋯⋯现如今，我的身边，多了一大帮要好的朋友，风雨同舟，共同进步。
我是一株扎根在五十五班的幼苗，渴望着成为那顶天立地苍天大树⋯⋯匆匆忙忙地走过两个月，每天起早贪黑，只为多记些单词，多提高一些自己的水平。我们就似那矗立在黄沙满天里的白桦一般，如守卫边疆的战士一样，不曾畏惧，不曾退缩，一步一个脚印，只为走得更远更高。在那炎炎夏日里烈日当空的正午，有我们奋笔疾书的身影。在那萧瑟秋日里寒风习习的夜晚，有我们背记单词的朗朗读书声。一张张试卷中沁透着我们思想的结晶，朗朗书声也饱含着我们对成功的渴望。我们化笔为刃，披荆斩棘，一路向前！
愿有一天我能用手中的琴，能弹出这个世界的美好⋯⋯我喜欢音乐，因为音乐里有着现实里所难以经历的美好、奇妙、刺激、悲哀、惆怅与幸福。在我眼里，每一首乐曲都是一段故事，每一只乐器都是一台留声机，而我想去当那一个叙述者，拨响每一个音调，让它去为每一个聆听者诉说那一段段传奇。那天之后，我手里多了一把木吉他，教室后面的“表演席”里多了一个我⋯⋯每天，我都会用自己粗糙的双手去弹出不算美妙的音乐。我不断练习，像孩童学步一般蹒跚前行。终于，日复一日，那藕断丝连般的曲子被我衔接得似潺潺溪流，清澈动听，婉转入人心⋯⋯还有很长的路要走，还有许多曲子要学。路漫漫其修远兮，吾亦将上下而求索！终有一日，手里的琴，将不再是琴，而是一个能说会道的浪客，去抚慰每一课脆弱的、悲伤的、渴望幸福的心灵！
感恩一位位可亲可敬的“园丁”将我这抔糙土细细耕耘⋯⋯在国际部里的学习，只靠自己，必定是束手无策，插翅也难飞。可幸的是，每一个老师，都在用心为我们讲述，传授我们知识。把我们当做初生的婴儿一般细细呵护。我们都似久旱逢甘露，贪婪的汲取养分。若有朝一日我们功成名就，应当记得曾几何时，这里有一位位可爱的老师含辛茹苦为我们撑起了那一片明天！
一路走来，多少辛苦事，多少岁月待人饶⋯⋯我在五十五班，我摆脱了从前的畏难心理，成长了，心胸也大了。这个大家庭，像一株苍天巨树，为我们遮阳避暑；像一座灯塔，指引我们前行的路。

下面开始竞选，竞选分为二轮，第一轮，竞选55班班长，A层班长，B层班长，副班长在竞选班长的人选里按票的多少产生。
